Heaven starts over the rooftops of the most liveable city in the world. But even here, in the heaven over Vienna, the villa as place of longing is in a class all of its own: Whom it will make happy is not certain yet. One thing is certain: it will.

Facing the street, the villa is a striking, urban monolithic statement. On 1400 square meters, its luxurious individuality breaths a symbioses of architecture and nature. A distinctive lining connects the principle, guest, and pool house with each other into an epoch-ensemble with seamless silhouette, in which a historical wine cellar and two old buildings are integrated. Thus, the villa seems to be embracing the garden which is in dialogue with the vineyards.

THE POWER OF CLEAR LINES

Successful glass architecture provides as little frame handling as possible and as much as needed: The fine aluminium frames in deep-black are structural wonders and structure the view overlooking the extraordinary surroundings – you feel the space as if in a open-air gallery.

Light and shadows

The flowing glass fronts create running transitions and connections to nature and a beautiful background for relaxing moments by the pool.

THE FLOW OF SURFACES

You can only love this choice of material! Marble, white ceramic, glass, floor-to-ceiling mirror, flush white doors- and a minimalistic ONE combination outdoors as contrast.

A number of flush, floor-to-ceiling glass elements and their changing choreography of light and shadows give the villa its shape and character.

Functioning as a light fixture, this floating glass bead play has the look of a planetary system in the field of view of the custom-made window. One of the many visual attractions that make the villa so special.

LOOKING STRAIGHT AHEAD THROUGH THE ROUND

To see the world full of wonders through a round corner: The archiguards optimise the epic far-reaching view overlooking the nature and the metropolis with an aesthetic trick - curved glass for full transparency and feeling of infinity.

To contrast and bring together the old and the new, we have dealt with post-compaction for a long time. We too were in a new territory in these dimensions.
